Job Description
The Quality Assurance Analyst performs the validation and verification of newly developed software to ensure the delivery of useable, stable software solutions with minimum defects. Duties include creating and executing test plans in order to discover and report any defects, bugs or errors.

Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

• Must be able to work well in teams and independently 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience writing and executing test plans

• Experience testing software at various levels (Functional, Integration, Regression and Load testing)

• Strong SQL skills

• Experience working with automated testing tools

• Experience with software bug tracking system

• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, practices, and processes

• Bachelor degree in MIS or equivalent
