Job Description
The Flash Developer is responsible for writing maintainable code within a large and evolving codebase. The ideal candidate would be a self-driven/starter and be keen on keeping abreast with latest technology trends.

Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

• Must be able to work well in teams and independently

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be able to work in a customer-focused, team-based organization

• Strong experience with Object Oriented ActionScript 3.0.

• Experience with the entire Flash product workflow from the Flash IDE through to server side development

• Experience with MVC frameworks and related design patterns

• Experience with SVN or similar version control system

• Knowledge of HTTP communication protocol

• Experience with PureMVC, Parsley an asset

• Experience working in a gaming environment an asset

• Experience as a project leader an asset

• Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent
